Remote Monitoring

TechRev team members have a long background in remote monitoring and control systems - going back to when it was not yet fashionable. We built these systems in the 80's and early 90's in response to energy conservation initiatives that had already started at that time - the Middle East was already in turmoil at that time with Gulf War 1.0 and other events, in the heart of oil production.

Today, we have a wider choice in networking and communications, with substantially higher power efficiencies and power conversion/capture schemes that enable a truly plug-play-forget approach for wide area monitoring and control. Options for control devices and locations have also changed.

TechRev is in the process of developing a range of remote monitoring/sensing systems with matching control/response methods, aimed primarily at energy conservation for the benefit of the end user.

While the utilities already have tons of funding from the government, with tax breaks and more, to implement "smartgrid" systems, consumers are lacking a clear win - the best we can hope for is a "hope for a trickle down". We at TechRev want to bring the Technology Revolution to the end user. Watch this space for more information.
